Lesson Plan ideas for teaching Consumer Protection - legislation and agencies?

I need to gear this toward 9th and 10th graders. I will also need to complete a 2 week unit plan on the subject so the lesson plan needs to actually be about only one of the subtopics, but it can be any one that I choose. (Fair Credit Reporting Act,
