Finance - Can u get land payments added in with a building loan?

My husband and I are planning to build a home around Feb or March. We do not have land as of now. We are trying to figure out if there is a type of building loan that will include the cost of the land in it so we can just pay one payment all together. If there isn’t we plan to pay cash for the land in Feb, but i we can add it in with the building loan we would like to so that we can use the cash for the land for new furniture, and things of that sort for the new house. I would appreciate a detailed answer so I will know what to ask about when we go talk to the lender. We are trying to get as close of an estimate as possible before we take any action so we will know how to work our finances out. We live on a strict budget so we can get as much for our money as possible, so we want to make sure the payments will not set us back at all.
