Does anybody know of any other foreign national wholesale lenders in Florida ?

Lately the list of wholesale lenders who lend on foreign national transactions has dwindled. I've looked through Scotsmans Guide and Lenderlab but cannot find what I'm looking for.

Which wholesale lenders are still doing FHA loans on manufactured houses?

I'm trying to refinance a client with a manufactured home. Loan had been approved with Wells, but they stopped all loans on manufactured in December. I already checked with Chase, Suntrust, First Horizon. None of them do manufactureds either.

We do FHA and VA loans on manufactured as long as it is a double-wide on permanent foundation and we are licensed in the state you are doing business in. You can email me if you want further information.

Under the terms of the corporate debt restructuring (CDR) package, MFIs will be granted a one-year moratorium on repayments and seven years to repay the principal with interest. According to senior microfinance officials interviewed by Indian online newspaper Livemint.com, the banks expects to convert some of the debt into convertible preferential shares and possibly equity, allowing them to take positions on the board of the MFIs [1]. As was reported by MicroCapital, the new loans were expected to carry interest rates of 12 percent per year [2].
