We are finishing up a construction loan and about to close on a permanent loan. We have a chunk to put down towards the principal but the loan officer is talking about buying down points. We are researching to find what the best option is but not quite

Pharmacy technician

The Pharmacy Technician Program provides the technical and practical training to allow the graduate to work as an assistant to a licensed pharmacist in both retail and hospital settings. The course also prepares the student to take the National Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam given by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board.

Classes consist of lecture, multimedia, discussion, text and workbook assignments, independent research and tests of competency and understanding. To be eligible for this course, you must have taken Career Readiness Assessment (a basic academic skills assessment). Please allow two weeks to complete prior to registration.

We all just lived through what has become to be known as the Great Recession. The Fed responded by cutting interest rates to a point where they are as low as they can possibly go. The worst seems to be over, and while unemployment still is out of control, inflation seems to still be in check. But there are signals that it might be at the beginning of running up. Which would mean the Fed would most likely respond by increasing interest rates. The point is, that borrowing for real estate is on the increase with the rates at historic lows and rumors that they are about to start climbing.
