I'm looking to open a savings account. I currently have one with wells fargo, which I think gives a pretty lousy interest rate. Are there any suggestions? US bank? Bank of America?

If someone has more than a billion dollars to put in a savings account and wants to live off the interest, what's the highest rate they can receive?
Billionaires wouldn't leave all their money in a bank account. They invest it and live off dividends. While dividends are not guaranteed, if you invest in multiple companies, you could be getting dividends every single month or at least once every 3 months.
