has anyone tired borrowing a loan from citifinancial? is it a pretty good place to get a personal loan?

i don't want any scammers, i just simply want an answer to this question, with details. please.
i have a job, i have a medical

they are ok but like any loan with out security the interest rate is high!!!

I want to take out a $1200 personal loan and my score is 720 based on TransUnion. I wonder if Citifinancial is good - I've heard mixed opinions.
