How do I report this to Child Support Enforcement?

The father of my children owes over 6k in back child support. He told me that he hasn't told Child Support about his new job he got about 8 months ago. How do report this to Child Support Enforcement in the state of Oregon?
I'm not sure whether or not the states have the same laws on child support enforcement but I believe you would need to go down to the courthouse and seek the district attorneys office and give them this information. They will need proof of your divorce
