Are there grants or loans for a church to become handicapped accessible?

The church I attend was designed in an older style and is not handicapped accessible. We have wanted to change this for a long time but it is extremely expensive and we just don't have the money. Does anyone know of interest-free loans or government grants
Not sure about grants or loans, but you need to check with charitable organizations through your church. There are many mission fields out there that will even help raise the money and come help build it as well. You will have to contact these church's

Surely the bank would charge interest and that could lead to *gasp* usury! Which is obviously forbidden by the Roman Catholic Church!
So what can devout Catholics do to avoid such sinful behavior?
