Does anyone know how to start career as a traveling notary for title/loan companies?

I am currently a notary in Maryland. I know that many title companies and loan companies use local notaries to meet with clients to close on equity loans, new home and refinance loans, etc. Anyone know any companies or contacts for this? Any ideas on

I know in Florida certain banks use specific referral services and you have to take a class before you can take closings. I would start with taking to title companies and ask who they use for mobile closings when there in-house agents are unavailable.

who do you report the title loan companies too in the state of sc?

Someone used me as a contact, and every day I get at least 5 calls or messages for me to contact the loan holder. Today I asked them to take me off as a contact cause I never was asked to be one, they told me no that the person has to request me off.

Attorney General however, there are groups like US PIRG that help in those situations

Nearly 10 percent of Virginia households have used short-term, high-interest payday, pawnshop and auto-title loans to make ends meet.

A study by the University of Virginia's Weldon Cooper Center for Public Service released Tuesday shows that more than 275,000 financially struggling families in Virginia have turned to alternative financial-service providers to pay for basic needs such as food, housing and transportation. They also are using the high-cost loans to pay for unexpected expenses stemming from job losses, car repairs and medical bills.
