I own a home in New Mexico financed by a VA loan. For security reasons I need to move to Texas. Due to currrent market conditions we can't sell the home. I would like to purchase another home in Texas using VA entitlement. What is the computation to find
They probably used your entire entitlement on the first home even if they didn't have to- it makes that loan more secure.
