no, they appear to be totally different companies so I'm afraid you'll have to sort it with the bank directly.

YBS and N&P merger closes gap on Nationwide

Under terms of the agreed merger, expected to completed on 11 November, the combined society will have with £34bn of assets on deposit, 3m members, 3710 staff and 224 branches. These figures mean that it will close the gap between Nationwide Building Society, the biggest mutual according to the Building Societies' Association.
