so I have one of those reloadable discore cards, and i went to the site it says to go to so that I can check the balance (ringscard.com) but when I enter in my card information, it says 'Login Failed! Ref# 1140473' anyone know what to do?

Send their customer service an email with the reference number you listed. They'll be able to tell you what is wrong.
