you can start private limited company with at least 10 parsons , for register the same you have to contact Registrar of Companies for your state and full fill some formalities like form filling etc,you can register the same with cash or materials on

Hi am currently employed in a private limited company in Chennai, India. Some of my friends are planning to start a software company (Pvt Ltd) and I would like to be a stakeholder(partner) in this startup. And i dont want to quit my regular job too..

As long as there is NOT a conflict of interest (i.e. your start-up company is in competition with the company you work for) and you are able to fulfill the duties of both jobs without one detractiing from the other.....all is well.
