What sources of finance will the owner need to arrange when opening a business?
mostly private like your savings, friends, and family. usually banks won't lend you money until you establish at least 3 years of history. i suppose small banks and loan sharks are viable too.
really could do with suggestions as to which sources of finance they would each prefer to use! thanks!
im thinking along the lines of loans,equities,bonds etc :-)

However, the recovery of western economies and the return of jobs for graduating MBA students has done little to improve the situation for students who want to study overseas.

This is suitable for a public limited companies as they are large businesses and there won’t be such a high risks for the business not to pay back the loan to the bank. Therefore banks will be more willing to lend a public limited company a loan rather then other types of businesses. For example this can be seen at the Welcome finance complaints website. A bank may not to lend a partnership money as there will be a high risk of not collecting the money back in case the business fails as it won’t have any other sources of funds such as shareholders and they also have unlimited liability. If a bank does decide to lend a small business a loan the interest may be high to ensure they receive the money back, whereas a public limited company may have a lower interest rate however this depends on the lender. A bank loan is a medium or long term source of finance depending on the agreed period of time to pay back the loan and interest, the longer the time the more risks.
