The State Real Estate Commissioner is authorized to revoke a real estate license in California.
Could a person take the easy route and go to the John Marshall School of Law instead of going to a higher tier school and still find success in real estate law?
No. Obviously you will never get into a big law firm's real estate department or even a smaller prestigious firm's real estate department if you graduate from a diploma mill like John Marshall School of Law, so I'm assuming you have a more modest definition
